The issue of Revenue Growth is increasing in importance in the Financial Services Industry. Financial Institutions are finding the challenges of delivering their growth ambitions to be complex and multi-dimensional. PwC is mobilising to leverage firm-wide capabilities to assist Financial Institutions in addressing a variety of growth challenges.We are building up our Revenue Growth team and are seeking experienced consultants with strong insurance industry knowledge and experience. In order to win and deliver the revenue growth project opportunities in our pipeline, we need solid delivery capability. Recruiting consultants with the right skills in the revenue growth domain is key to us achieving our business objectives for this year to fit within our Banking and Insurance propositions.
Requirements
Candidates will have experience in either Banking or Insurance and preferably come from a Consulting background. You will have project experience of : Profitable Revenue Defensive and offensive revenue tactics Organic growth Post-merger Cross-functional co-ordination
Responsibilities
Candidates should indicate and be able to demonstrate the depth and breadth of experience that they have in each of above areas.In addition, we expect you to be able to perform the following activities:
Deliver work in the above areas, taking responsibility for the more complex areas of projects Demonstrate a strong degree of commercial awareness and an ability to quickly identify and understand the systems, process and risks relevant to clients and their goals. Provide leadership to the team out at the client - dependent upon the size of the project Provide expertise and frequent interaction for the client relationship Identify and convert business development opportunities evidenced by effective and successful proposals. Senior Consultant will set high professional standards for themselves and those around them. Personal qualities include maturity and presence in a team.
